Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse at Divine Hands Home Health – Divine Hands Home Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered skilled nursing care in the home setting. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments (including wound care and IV therapy), educate patients and families on disease management, and supervise LPNs and home health aides. You will also complete accurate clinical documentation (including OASIS), coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and advocate for patient independence and quality outcomes. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least one year of clinical experience (home health preferred), current CPR certification, reliable transportation, and a passion for delivering high-quality home health care.
