We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative rehabilitation team. The PT will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, establishing discharge goals, and overseeing progress, while the PTA will implement established plans, provide direct therapeutic interventions, and report patient responses to the supervising PT. Both roles work hands-on with patients to restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability through evidence-based exercises, manual therapy, and patient education. Ideal candidates possess active state licensure (PT/PTA), strong communication skills, and a passion for improving quality of life. Together, you will document clinical findings, adjust treatments as needed, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure optimal functional outcomes in an outpatient, inpatient, or home health setting.
