A dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) are needed to join our rehab team. In these roles, you will help patients of all ages develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. Responsibilities include evaluating clients’ needs, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic activities (e.g., fine motor skills, adaptive techniques, home modifications), and documenting progress. The OT will lead assessments and plan adjustments, while the COTA will support treatment delivery under the OT’s supervision. Ideal candidates hold current state licensure (OTR or COTA), strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for empowering independence.
